A guy in Toronto recently asked for ink of Drake, as Bart Simpson, set to a Toronto backdrop. And Drake-as-Bart-Simpson-in-Toronto is what he got. Setting the price tag of the tat at $80, Canadian tattoo artist Franz Stefanik simply said “I draw a bunch of fun stuff that goes in there.”
