SAMCRO’s final ride is off to a smooth start. Sons of Anarchy returned for its final season on Tuesday night to its biggest audience ever. The FX drama’s seventh season premiere brought in 6.2 million total viewers and a 3.2 rating in the adults 18-49 demo.
The 90-minute episode was up five percent from the season six premiere in total viewers, and up 19 percent from the sixth season’s finale in December.
