That’s right, the Speaker of the House, or at least his interns, posted an article on speaker.gov titled “12 Taylor Swift Reactions to President Obama’s Free College Idea” that’s basically tearing apart Obama’s plan for free education. Many youths all about GIF usage on the Internet, especially when it’s a GIF of Taylor Swift. But there is a time and place to do lists with GIFs, and the Speaker of the House should never be using them.
