Fans can’t wait to return to a galaxy far, far away.
It’s likely not a surprise to most people: According to a survey by Fandango, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the most anticipated film of 2015.
Also making the list for most-anticipated films of 2015 are Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, the adaptation of E.L. James’ Fifty Shades of Grey and Jurassic World.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens, directed by J.J. Abrams, will hit theaters Dec. 18, 2015. It stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Max von Sydow, along with original stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill.
