With the start date of his next job just around the corner, Stephen Colbert signed off one last time on The Colbert Report Thursday night.
With Randy Newman on the piano, Colbert got up from his desk to join Jon Stewart for the first few lines of “We’ll Meet Again.” Then, more celebrities got in on the fun. And not just celebrities. There were politicians (howdy, President Clinton), icons (Gloria Steinem) and even make believe legends (stay cool, Smaug).
Basically it was a game of How Many Famous People Can You Spot During This Musical Number?
