Stephen Colbert is known for his hilariously over-the-top conservative character on The Colbert Report , but the man behind the character just proved that he really knows how to offer advice to young women. The comedian took part in Rookie Mag’s “Ask a Grown Man” series , where teen girls send in their queries about life and love to be answered by a revolving cast of famous men (previous guests include Jon Hamm and Paul Rudd ). Being the father of a girl himself (in addition to two boys) Stephen answered the questions with a lot of heart and poignant words of wisdom. You’ll almost wish he was your dad!
