Question of the day: Are we out of the woods?
Taylor Swift released another song from her upcoming pop album 1989 on Monday — a hypnotic, dramatic and echoey tune entitled “Out of the Woods.”
Cowritten by fun.’s lead guitarist Jack Antonoff, the song may be a departure in genre for Swift, but it still focuses on the singer’s favorite subject matter for lyrics: relationships. The song, which many fans believe is about One Direction’s Harry Styles, mentions the difficult ups and downs of dating, from Polaroid picture-taking to furniture moving to a dramatic snowmobile accident that landed Swift in the hospital.
