The CW just made a lot of dreams come true.
The network announced this morning that every scripted series from this fall season will be back for another season!
That means that Arrow, The Flash, Jane the Virgin, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Reign and Supernatural will all be returning for the 2015-2016 season.
However, that doesn’t mean that they will all be back next fall. At the CW’s winter press tour, network president Mark Pedowitz informed reporters that while some shows will start in the fall of 2015, others will premiere either midseason or in the summer of 2016, saying, “Summer of 2016 should be a much bigger summer for us than ever before.”
While we don’t yet know how many episodes each of these new seasons will consist of, this is basically the best news ever. Commence jumping for joy…now.
