The first trailer for Ridley Scott’s star-studded space epic The Martian has landed.
In the preview, a crew consisting of Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kate Mara and others venture to the red planet. But when they get there, they’re caught in a storm and, as Jeff Daniels’ character explains at a press conference, Damon’s character, astronaut Mark Watney dies. But it turns out he’s not dead. He records a video message explaining his predicament and prepares to figure out how to survive on Mars for the next four years.
