There’s a very lucky thief running around Hollywood.
The man who stole the Calvin Klein number Lupita Nyong’o wore to this year’s Academy Awards is getting off scot free. TMZ reports the brand has told Los Angeles County Sheriff Department that they will not be pursuing the case now that the dress is back with its right owner.
The gown was recently found by law enforcement officers in a bathroom at The London in West Hollywood, Calif. just days after it was taken from Nyong’o’s room at the same hotel. The location of the dress was actually revealed off by the burglar himself.
