The New England Patriots quarterback posted a heartfelt tribute to his model wife Wednesday after she walked her final runway show. “Congratulations Love of my Life,” he wrote. “You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway…”
It’s what the 34-year-old mother of two has accomplished off the runway, though, that really impresses her man. “I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way,” gushed Tom. “You never cease to amaze me.”
