Tracy Morgan’s condition has been upgraded to fair, a major improvement for the comedian who was nearly killed in a June 7 collision on the New Jersey Turnpike. Morgan’s spokesperson Lewis Kay said Morgan’s, “personality is certainly starting to come back as well.” Morgan was injured after returning from a gig in Delaware when the limo bus he was occupying was hit by a Wal-Mart truck that swerved into the vehicle.
