Turns out, you don’t have to have a long resume to host one of the most popular fake news shows on cable. Just five months after joining Comedy Central’s Daily Show as a new cast member, 31-year-old Trevor Noah has been named the new host of the popular weeknight “news” show. The news comes just weeks after long-time host Jon Stewart announced he was stepping down from the show after 16 years. Noah is largely unknown to American audiences.
