For its 16th year, the U.K.’s premier genre film event FrightFest has revealed a record haul of titles, with 76 films screening over five days.
The festival – taking place mostly at London’s Vue West End cinema in Leicester Square – also features 20 world premieres and 16 European premieres, with 18 countries represented.
FrightFest opens with David Keating’s modern-day witch coven horror Cherry Tree, and also is set to screen the world premiere of comedy shocker Aaaaaaaah! by Steve Oram. FrightFest is due to take place August 27-31
