The “Ice Ice Baby” rapper, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, was facing grand theft and burglary charges, but his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, confirms to E! News that all charges have been dropped. He’ll have to pay $1,333 in restitution and complete 100 hours of community service with Habitat for Humanity.
“Ice will have no problems completing the community service because he averages 40-60 hours a month already,” he tells E! News.
