There’s no other way to say this, so we’re just going to go for it: the whole world can see the corner of Rumer Willis ‘ hoo-ha in this dress! The bummer of it all is that the little black, cropped top combo would be sexy and fun if only those slits weren’t so massive! We can totally get behind a little upper leg reveal, and even a tiny flash of fanny. Just a tad more fabric would solve it all, but we draw the line at the bikini line.
