The newest Star Wars film, which hits theaters Dec. 15, 2015, was directed by J.J. Abrams. But many are speculating what would’ve happened had it been directed by George Lucas. A version of the trailer has emerged online that claims to show how George Lucas would have done it. This involves lots of unnecessary CGI, an Anakin hologram and yes, even some trade talk, alluding to a plot point that was criticized by some for slowing down the prequels. Lucas helmed four of the first six films in the franchise before selling Lucasfilm to Disney for $4.05 billion in 2012.
