Location shooting in Ontario is the new normal for a slew of other Hollywood heavyweights as well: Toronto has become the host of many big Hollywood feature films. Drawing the likes of Adam Sandler to Mexican Director Guillermo Del Toro as the place to film their movies.
Beyond its lucrative tax breaks, Ontario also draws Hollywood with its skilled local crews and talent. With so much going for the City and when money to make movies is now in greater consideration than ever Ontario will continue to be Hollywood’s northern backlot of choice.
