Ellen Pompeo and Gwyneth Paltrow have stepped out in slightly different versions of the look—first Ellen, who sported her clingy, peach-hued Elie Saab onesie to the 2015 People’s Choice Awards on Jan. 7. Gwyneth followed suit on Jan. 14, when she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon wearing a long-sleeve, high-waist version of the look.
