While parents can thank Kristen Bell’s Frozen character for putting the earworm “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” in their toddlers’ ears, her own daughter would much rather listen to dad rock. Bell told Mashable in a phone interview, “She has heard the music, but very much favors ‘70s and ‘80s rock above anything else. She’s a big Hall and Oates and Cat Stevens fan.” Bell is a woman of many talents both on- and off-screen. Between playing (and singing as) Anna in Frozen or starring as the badass Veronica Mars, she has been a subject of movie cult following for more than a decade. She also has a history of activism and is involved in numerous charities, including ASPCA, Invisible Children and the Alzheimer’s Association. Her fresh face serves as a spokesperson for Neutrogena’s organic line, and she most recently promoted a new line of Frozen-themed products by Oral-B and Crest.
