Guy Pearce has joined the cast for futuristic feature Equals opposite Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult. The film is billed as a futuristic love story set in a society where emotions have been eradicated. Producers Scott Free Productions and Route One Films announced Pearce’s hire. U.K. based sales and finance banner Mister Smith Entertainment is handling international sales on the film and launched the project to buyers during the 2014 Cannes Film Market.
