Viva Las Vegas! The stars were out at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. There was the good, the questionable and then there was Hilary Duff’s peekaboo dress that showed off a little too much skin. OITNB star Taryn Manning almost had us with her yellow full length gown, but then she topped it off with a sparkly shrug that she should have left at home. Oh and Iggy Azalea’s outfit hit rock bottom. Maybe the stars will have better luck on the red carpet next week.
