Apparently Paris Hilton didn’t get the memo and broke a cardinal rule at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. While at the film event of the year, the socialite hit the red carpet looking amazing, but broke the no selfie rule. The director of Cannes had prohibited selfies because it slows down the red carpet and said that you never look as ugly as you do in a selfie.
