It’s the most spooktacular time of the year, Halloween, and Arrow star Colton Haynes took advantage of the scary holiday by transforming into his dream costume from the hit movie Shrek. Haynes dressed up as the ogre’s leading lady, Princess Fiona, and he even sported her not so flattering green gown.
