Those dancing shoes can be pretty painful. Dancing With the Stars , contestant Amy Purdy suffered a shoulder injury during her rumba with dancing pro Derek Hough. Following her performance, the 34-year-old was whisked off to the hospital while her fellow contestants and viewers at home wished her well. Purdy tweeted Tuesday morning, “So, Looks like I have a rib out of place and my muscles are in spasm.” So does this mean that that the Hough’s partner is officially out of the running for the mirrorball trophy? A source says, execs will “know more later this week” about Purdy’s ability to continue her dancing journey in the competition.
