Starz announced today the renewal of its freshman drama, Power , which is executive produced by 50 Cent and just debuted Friday. Kelsey Grammer’s Boss , Spartacus and the Michael Bay-produced Black Sails all received second season renewals before premiering, with the latter receiving the good news a full six months before the show premiered in January. Power stars Omari Hardwick as a rich nightclub owner who lives a double life as a powerful drug dealer.
