Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow said he will not be directing any more installments in the dinosaur franchise.
Even though he will be gone, Trevorrow said different directors can give a different spin to each movie, much like Star Wars. He continued that he will be involved in some way in future Jurassic films, but not as a director.
Steven Spielberg directed The first two Jurassic Park films, and Joe Johnston took over for 2001’s Jurassic Park III.
Trevorrow, who directed 2012’s Safety Not Guaranteed, is attached to several projects in development like Book of Henry and Intelligent Life.
