Sure, in all the post-surgery photos she posted her nose was completely exposed, unlike what it would usually be like in a nose job, but that’s all part of the deception. Kaley had a nose job, and so many people just KNEW it. Well, now she’s acknowledging it, with a very special, very telling “before and after” photo, and here’s the statement she posted along with it: Ok. You all got me. I’ve been trying to keep this under wraps, but the swelling has gone down and I’m here to show the results of my recent nose job.
