Both Kathy Griffin and Melissa Rivers have now spoken out about Joan Rivers ‘ apparent Oscars snub during the In Memoriam segment Sunday night. On last night’s episode of Fashion Police , Kathy broke her silence on the matter and admitted that she had a hard time understanding why the Academy left her out. She said, “Can we kind of take a moment with that because when I was watching that I thought, Meryl Streep is out there and she kept saying like, ‘People who push the boundaries and stuff.’ So when they left Joan out of that, I thought it was really a miss.”
