Sofia Vergara’s ex-fiance is seeking custody of two of her embryos so they can be implanted in a surrogate. Multi-millionaire businessman 39 year-old Nick Loeb, had previously sued the 42-year-old actress to ensure the pair of female embryos, created during their relationship, were not destroyed. But in an amended complaint he now wants to have the embryos – which he calls his “daughters” – treated as children under the law. That would allow him to sue for custody in the family courts.
