Olivia Munn is going for a ride along.
The actress is in talks to join Universal’s sequel Ride Along 2, starring Kevin Hart and Ice Cube.
Tim Story returns to direct the sequel, which again centers on a security guard (Hart) and an Atlanta cop (Ice Cube). Munn will play a tough Miami homicide detective who is a love interest for Cube.
Munn will next be seen in horror film Deliver Us From Evil, hitting theaters July 2. The actress, who stars on HBO’s The Newsroom, also will star in upcoming Johnny Depp starrer Mortdecai.
