Eddie Redmayne has capped his awesome awards season with the biggest prize of them all – Best Actor at the Academy Awards. He’s flown the British flag throughout the run-up to the Oscars, and despite all the accolades, he was still stunned to be holding the famous statue. But it was a night of disappointment elsewhere for the Brits – Benedict Cumberbatch, Felicity Jones, Rosamund Pike and Keira Knightley all going home empty-handed.
