One of the co-stars of Selma is offering his take on the movie’s Oscar snubs. Tim Roth , who plays George Wallace in the film, was on his way to the White House screening of the film Friday when TMZ asked if the film’s team has been in poor spirits since Oscar nominations were announced Thursday. The film was nominated for best picture and best song, but neither lead actor David Oyelowo nor director Ava DuVernay earned noms. Roth said he feels Oyelowo should have been nominated, adding, “and I feel that Ava should have. … But [we’re] moving on.”
