A Southern belle is about to become Tinker Bell. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon is set to both produce and star in Tink, a live-action Disney film about everyone’s favorite fairy. The details of the film’s plot are still being kept under wraps, but it follows Disney’s trend of making live-action films starring classic Disney animation characters. No director has been announced for the project yet, but it will be based on a script by Victoria Strouse — who also penned the future Finding Nemo sequel, Finding Dory.
