The actor has chopped off his signature locks. Fans were going nuts when Suicide Squad director David Ayer tweeted a photo of Leto getting his hair cut. The actor is snipping his hair for his role as the joker in the movie, Suicide Squad, which is set to hit theaters in 2016. Check out the video here!
