The thrilling drama staved off new contenders including Dracula Untold (No. 2), Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (No. 3) and The Judge (No. 5) Lopez supported her ex-fiancé Saturday tweeting, “Feet up…movie night!!! #GoneGirl”. 20th Century Fox and New Regency’s Gone Girl also continued to prosper overseas, earning $27 million from 52 markets for a foreign total of $63.3 million. In total, the film’s earned $141.6 million worldwide.
